Why use PDF ?

In Global Internet-driven business world, it becomes difficult for companies to manage large amounts of information. You can use various portable formats compatible with the purpose of using the data. The use of these formats increases the productivity of an organization which saves time and money or resources of an organization.


Pdf makes office work easier as nobody would prefer going back to sitting in the document rooms filled with huge file cabinets and large paper files which is always a pain to organize. Since we are moving towards achieving a paperless office, we would want to use electronic documents for as many purposes as possible. Portable Document Format is so called because it was designed to make the document exchange smoother the ability of PDF to compress large files is a worker's dream.

PDF is a non-editable document format despite the appearance of a mirror in PDF format which can be viewed in a Microsoft Word document can not be easily changed, revised or manipulated.
