Document expiry in PDF

PDF file format is generally used for the management of a huge volume of information easily. The format is very useful and able to transfer data across a number of platforms.

It also lets you set expiration of the document. Regardless of viewer's subscription to your newsletter or publications that may have some documents that are time sensitive and should not be used after a certain date. The document would probably lose its essence after a particular date.

It also means you can sell the documents that are available for a limited time period at a discounted cost, rather than always be available, providing you an opportunity to reach new markets that are price conscious. You can be sure that customers can only view a particular PDF document for a few days or a week, or whatever you choose. This PDF protection function also ensures that only authorized or current versions of documents are used after the publication and obsolete versions can no longer be accessed.

The protected PDF documents can also be set to automatically expire once a specified number of views have been reached. One may convert files to pdf as other formats do not have these features besides many such features that make PDF an indispensable and perfect business format.
